Word Crashes:when trybrowse to different folder in File, Save Aswi

When I try to save an open document using the File, Save As method and try to
choose a different folder or drive, Word stops responding and I lose my work.

Right-click on the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop,
left-click on Disconnect Network Drive, and disconnect any mapped
drives that are not currently available.
