Word crashes when trying to use reveal formatting option

Every time I am in a document and try to click the reveal
formatting button my program crashes. I have a ne sound
blaster audio card and a voodoo3 video card that should be
sufficient. Is there somewhere I can increase cache size
for working memory .... am I on the right track???

Hi Susan,

See if the problem occurs when you start Windows in Safe Mode. If not
then it could be that your graphics driver is corrupt or needs to be
updated.
