Word crashes when using tools from menu
Whenever I try to use the letter wizard or "envelopes and
labels" from the "tools" menu within Word (Word 2000), it
crashes and then closes. However, if I start either of
these from the "New Documents" menu on the startup menu,
it works fine. I've done the "detect and repair" several
times, but the error keeps happening. Any suggestions?
