word crashes

Word keeps on crashing - by disppearing off the screen with no warning when
working with multiple documents, usually when changing from one doc to another

1) This group is for the Access Database part of Office, not Word.

2) Do you have all of your Windows updates installed?

3) Do you have all available Office updates installed?

4) Is your video driver up to date?

5) Is there a particular document that is always open when the problem
occurs?

6) If you have further questions, please scroll down the alphabetical
listing of groups and pick one for Word instead of just grabbing the first
group you come to.
