WORD Crashing

Hello all,

I have a recurring problem.

WORD continues to crash for no apparent reason while it
is auto-saving. I have no idea why, it just does. I have
tried replacing the Normal.dot template and that worked,
but only for a short time (2 or 3 months).

This is an incredibly frustrating (particularly when I am
on deadline), ongoing issue. Any help that you can
provide would be greatly appreciated.
