Word data to Excel or Access

If you have data in Word, such as in a Word table, then you need to import
it to Excel first before importing it in Access. If this is what you are
trying to do, here's some additional information:

You need to convert the data into either a table or some type of delimited
text in order to be able to import it to Excel (or Access). Here's another
article that may help you convert your data into a Word table (disregard the
fact it's for addresses and mailing labels, the steps are still applicable):
