Word displays everythign as PT not INCH (rules, margins, etc.)?!

Once Word (2003) was standard as setting everything as inches (margins, the
ruler, etc.)

Somehow or another it now shows EVERYTHING in PT (point).

How do I change it back?

In Word, click on Tools | Options | General | Measurement units: <choose
your preferred unit of measure> | OK. If Word won't let you change the
setting there, then see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=299339 "You
