Word Doc 1 is not blank

I have Vista Home Premium, 2007 Office Word, and can't seem to clear this
document. I NEED HELP! I'm so frustrated. I found earlier post answer but
couldn't understand her answer. PLEASE HELP> I"M FRUSTRATED>

Find normal.dotx and normal.dotm and rename each one to .old. When you next
open Word, it will recreate it for you.

There's only Normal.dotm (there is no Normal.dotx) and by default it's
located at:

%AppData%\Microsoft\Templates

Copy the above line and paste it into the Address bar of the Windows
Explorer such as My Computer.
