WORD document found in "Search" but......

I have a 21KB WORD (2003 MS WORD) doc that has disappeared. The
"search" functions finds it but when I open it, it is blank! Yet, when
I check the properties of the doc it gives the correct title of the
doc and the size. It's litsed correctly in "My Docs" and "My Recent
Docs".

Any clues on recovery or what happened???
