word document in front page?

I have created a web site using FrontPage. I am wondering if I am able to do the following

1. Can I create a link that can only be accessed by a password
2. Can this link go to a "Word" document that would allow those who access it to be able to make modifications and then save these modifications for others to view (these people would not have the front page program)
