Word document problem

I really don't know what really happened with all my word document but
suddenly this morning, all the word formatted "normal" became
unreadable.
So I need to change the format to make them readable and printable.
Virus ?
The only thing I did was to update my Windows version.

Any help could be appreciated.

The document or template may be corrupt.
