Word Documents

Recently when I print out a word document a page with "Filename",
"directory", "template", "title", "subject", "author", "keywords", etc.
prints out before my document. I do not know how this started so I don't know
how to stop it. Any suggestions on why and how?

In Word, click on Tools | Options | Print tab | uncheck the
"Document properties" box | OK.
