Everytime I create an Invoice using word and try to email it, it ends up on
two pages and usually out of line how do I get it to stay on one page i have
tried saving the original and look fine but soon as i email it it goes all
wrong

it's not a good idea
to send files, doc's, etc..
to customers in their
original format.

i highly recommend that
you print these "formal documents"
as pdfs and sending them as such.

if you have the option, you
might use the "fit on one page"
feature that would be provided
on the printing dialog window.
check out the menu help and
search for the terms and see
the results/instructions, if any.

if not, then you might have
to use "creative formatting"
to get all the info on one
page before printing....
