Word doesn't open

MS word will not open from the start menu.. opens fine if you access it from
the programs menu.. also wont open if if pin it to my start menu.. Any
ideas.. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but no change

How about Microsoft Access? Does it exhibit the same behavior.

After all this is a Microsoft Access forum............
