After I create a document then I go back to open the document and a box
appears that says that I must either disable macros or enable. How do I get
rid of that?

Does the document contain macros? Shortcut key assignments?

Put your template in the user templates folder or the workgroup templates
folder. Then in your macro security tell Word to trust installed templates.
For more on the different kinds of templates, tabs on the file new dialog,
and locations of templates folders see
http://addbalance.com/usersguide/templates.htm. Do _not_ set your macro
security to "low."

Delete the macros or change your security setting.
