No, you have to start from Notes and insert the document as an attachment.
Notes stinks.

We were able to use Notes and Word 2K with File-SendTo-MailRecipient - with
Win2K and XP SP2 upgraded from Win2K clients but new XP SP2 machines won't
display it.

Why?
