Word Email ("Word could not load the e-mail envelope")

I used the work around that is posted in the support section of microsoft's
knowledge library which didn't solve the problem.

What else could this be? I have uninstall all the firewalls I had and
antivirus to make sure that wasn't causing it. I tested my email to be sure
I could send and recieve email from outside my pc, which works.

I'm running win XP, and using Microsoft Outlook.
