Word Err: "Three has been a network or file permission error"

Running: Windows Vista Ultimate and MS office 2007

Problems: Cannot save MS Office application file to server via either
network drive or UNC; but file can be save by “cut and paste†via Windows
Explorer. No problem with other applications or workstations.

Server is running MS Windows Server 2003 for Small Business

Request for help. Thanks.
