Unable to advise unless we know what OS, what Word, what servicepacks and
what you were doing to trigger the error.

After installing winfax pro I tried to open word for
windows 2000 to atach to winfax. The program would not
open and said VBE6.DLL. I have windows me

WinFax Pro - Yeuk! The macros and Add-in template that WinFax installs into
Word is incompatible. Go to Symantec support and just possibly they may have
produced an update suite of macros for your version of Office.
