Word Error

Operating system: XP
Product: Office 2000

I get the following error messege:

Error Signature:
AppName: winword.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.2717 ModName: vbe6.dll
ModVer: 6.0.84.35 Offset: 004eaf1

What does this mean and how can I fix it? I have not been
able to use Word since. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.
