For some reason when I try to open windows I get the
following error message.
this program has performed an illegal operation and will
be shut down.
when I click on details, it says,
winword cuased an invalid page fault in module winword.exe
Can somebody tell me what is wrong and what file I might
be missing. thank you. michael koss
