I run XP with Office
When I open a file, a pop opens saying that MS word has
encountered a problem and needs to close.
I have tried saving under a different name after the auto
recovery completes but the same problem persists on the
new file name.
I can open other word files without issue - it is only
this one and it is a vital doc that I cannot lose.
Any suggestions ?
