Help me Please - Since I installed the latest Microsoft update and restarted
my computer, Word and Excel cannot locate my files. When I try to open a file
it does not have my default drive at the top in the Look in box. I tried to
change the default and again when I browse the look in box again, it does not
list drives and the hour glass just keeps running. It will not let me cancel
out of the Look In - I have to go to the task manager to end the program
becasue it will then say that either Word or Excel is not responding. I can
go to Explorer and open a file with Word or Excel but I cannot Save As -
again cannot locate in the look in box.
