Word, Excell, PowerPoint 2002, SP3 SaveAs does not work

Hi,
When I try to do a SaveAs in Word, Excel, or Powerpoint
2002 and I try to change directories using the pull down
menu, the applications alway stops responding and I get
no error message.
I tried running a couple anti virus programs and do not
get any virus warnings. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Jerry. If you are running Norton/Symantec Antivirus, try disabling the Office Plugin that comes with it. The option is usually under something like Start | Programs | Norton | Options | Miscellaneous.
