word file format

Tom

Hi,

As per Microsoft Knowledge Base Article 290958 we have requested the office
file formats (specifically the ones for Word) from "officeff@...". Other
than one Out Of Office Autoreply we have had no response. Is there another
way to get a copy of the format specifications? Does anyone have an idea how
long we might be waiting for a reply from the officeff email address?

Thanks,
Tom
