Word Form Fields

I am creating a Word form that includes fields to be completed by two users.
The second user is to be restricted to complete only certain fields.

I have inserted sections in the document but when I protect the section to
be completed by the second user this unprotects the other sections and allows
the user to edit these sections.

Does anyone have a workaround for this. I am using Word 2002

I'm afraid that only Word 2003 offers exactly the kind of functionality you're
looking for, assuming you'd have Windows 2003 that supports the new IRM
technology.

For Word 2002, the only thing I can suggest would be a macro that would take
care of unprotecting, locking and unlocking sections, as required.
