word forms - pop up box with instructions

I have an end user who wants to create a form that asks: i.e., "To, From,
Subject," etc. when the other users select the field inside the form. She
just wants the pop up box so that the individual can just type in the info
directly into the box.

This is an END USER who knows nothing about programming in VB. Isn't there
an easier way than to create multiple macros? Shouldn't there be? We're
talking about end users here, not computer geeks. I need to create
step-by-steps for this person and I really need it to be simple. I've tried
an "Ask" field, but don't really get the whole bookmark thing on that. It
just seems to convoluted. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Look into Fill-In fields instead of Ask fields.

She'll need to create a template and insert the Fill-in fields for To,
From, etc. Then when she creates a new document based on the template
the Fill-in fields will automatically prompt.

Note if she uses this method she may also want to know after typing
the information she can move the focus to the OK button by pressing
Tab. Then she can press Enter instead of using the mouse to click OK.

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.
