Word freezes when attempting to open a document that is protected for forms with no password.

I have a user that is unable to open word documents that a few months
ago they could. These are very vanilla docs with radio buttons...
nothing fancy. They are saved and protected selecting Forms on the
protection options, with no password. When they are unprotected by
another user, this user can then open them up. But when they try to
open one that is protected (again, no password) word becomes
unresponsive. The only option is then to CTL/ALT/DEL and to end task.

The interesting thing is that other users can open these with on
problems. In fact I can logon to this PC as the Administrator and they
open using the same Word install perfectly fine. I have confirmed this
user has local Admin rights. In fact the files she is pulling from the
Novell server are setup in her personal folder which only she has
rights too (in addition to admin).

We have tried to save them to new names and have the user open the new
copies and still have the same result. We have attempted a Office 2000
repair and a reinstall with no changes.

Help!

Matt
