Word gives error when trying to insert clip art.

I'm using MS Word 2003 as well as Publisher, they are both giving me a
hard time. What is happening is when I plan a newsletter page, I start
with Cap' letter Heading and part way down the page I want to put in
some clip art, I click on Insert, clipart, when I find the pic' I want
as soon as I click on it, it gives me an error message, "Word has
encouted a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the
inconvenience." I've tried un-installing, a re-install, SP 1 and 2, but
still get the same fracking thing, I have another machine right beside
my main one with the same MS Office 2003, and that is fine, my laptop
is the same, no worries with that either. I hope that someone has had
the same prob' and can tell me what and how to fix it.
