Word goes through the configuration process each time i load it.

Why does word 2007 have to reconfigure each time I use it. I ran into the
same problem with Expression web. Any suggestions

maybe your profile doesn't save? If you are having other issues with
your operating system preferences and options not being saved I would
suggest posting your question in the group pertaining to your operating
system.
