Word hangs on File, Print, but not Print Icon.

My friend's PC is running Word 2000 and when he prints a saved document by
clicking the print icon, it prints fine. If he selects File, Print, Word
just hangs and nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Go to Tools | Macro | Macros and see if there is a macro named FilePrint.
