Word hangs when opening specific doc

Hi,

I am running Word 2002 on Win2K. I have a 137 page doc
that freezes Word when trying to open. I have to kill it
in the Task Manager. Yesterday it would open. Other Word
docs can open on this PC and this doc will open on other
PCs on the network. I have tried shipping the doc to
another PC, opening it and deleting the macros and
shipping it back to the original PC. The doc still does
not open. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
