When two users using MS Office 2000 go to File|Open| and change "Look in"
to a specific network drive, MS Word hangs. A partial view of the directory
listing is displayed.
Users can open, view and otherwise work with these folders/files with Word
if they open the files from the Windows Explorer.
Suggestions? Long file name troubles?
