Occasionally when I open a document, I get a window that says:
Word has recovered the following documents. Save the documents you
want to keep.
Below that there's a window with one document. A document is also
visible to the right. I have no idea whether these are the same, nor
what the date is in the visible document.
So I don't know what to do.
