Office 2000.... when I open Word either a document or a
new page, suddenly either the whole document is
highlighted and I can't type a thing no matter where I put
the cursor, it remains highlighted, or on a new page the
cursor becomes wider and won't let me type at all. I
don't know where to go on this. I tried backspacing or
escape, etc. I've loaded the new Norton Antivirus, no
viruses, etc. Can someone help me?
