Word hyperlink options

i have a MSWord form that will be available on a web site - I want to be able to have a hyperlink that will automatically forward the form (as an attachment) to an email account - I know I can use the mailto: command but that assumes the user knows how to attach the form - is there like a sendto: command that will let me send the document to the address i enter?
