word in Office XP standard

each time i work in a new or exisitng document in Word,
it will shut down with the following error msg:AppName:
winword.exe AppVer: 10.0.6612.0 ModName:
mssp3nl.dll
ModVer: 3.0.5.0 Offset: 00008ff6
i have tried to reload Office Xp and have the latest
updates
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
