Word will not respond after I work with file for some
minutes. When this first happened an error
message "Unknown error 0X800 A1007" appeared. I
downloaded the upgrade from Microsoft. Now the error
message doesn't appear but the program contines to freeze
(with hourglass icon present). Other programs, e.g,
Excel, continue to work. What do I do? Re-nstall Office?
