I am currently using Word 2000 (9.0.2720).
In a previous version of Word that I used to have on a
different computer, I could use the Insert Comment feature
to insert a "balloon" style comment, that is, Word would
draw a line from the exact spot in the text where I wished
to insert the comment, which line would go out to the
margin where my comments would appear in a box. I found
this to be much more usable for those who review my
comments then placing the cursor over a bracketed
indication of a comment in the current version of Word
that I have.
The "balloon" feature that I am describing is sort of like
the way children's cartoons have a line running from the
speaker's mouth to a "balloon" in which the text of the
character's statements are written.
My Question: how can I enable the "balloon" style of the
Insert Comment feature in my current version of Word 2000?
