WORD - Insert Current Date / Time Text (Not Fields)

I'd like to insert the current date time into a Word document (not
Alt+Shift+D which is a field and updates each time you open the document)
but as in Excel when you Ctrl+;

Any ideas... this is Word 2007

Use Bob I's suggestion but make sure that the check box on the lower right
(Update Automatically) is not checked before clicking OK.

Ah, more information! Although I have Word '07 on my machine, I don't have
Outlook '07 and don't use Outlook '03 which I do have installed and there
are issues with Word '07 as editor for Outlook '03. Can't help further.
Hopefully someone else will respond.
