Word Instance Open for Long Period

Dear All,
Please help me
i Have a exe which is continuesly running (DUE to TIMER CONTROL)and it catch
the request from the database and work on it. Our exe also uses Microsoft
Word in it
My problem is that if Suppose i open a object of word.Application when our
exe starts and let it be opened all the time. and only close when the exe
stops

Will this word object creates problem even when there are no request for
more then a day? if yes then what could be the problem

If this is on an unattended machine (i.e. without a user to mess things up),
and Word isn't accessing any network resources (and other users aren't
accessing this machine over the network either) then there shouldn't be any
problems keeping an instance of Word open permanently provided you have
well behaved code that doesn't have memory leaks or similar.
