Word is missing

The support person @Microsoft (phone) referred me here to
get the answer to my questionn.
Microsoft dame with my PC when I bought it. ( Compaq)
I had to do a Quick Restore today as IE was totally
corrupt.
I had Microsoft Word before but not now after the Quick
Restore.
How can I get Word back?

Hi Gloria,

Did Word come preinstalled on your computer? If not then you will need
to install it again.
