Word Label Making Improvement

D

drfreemanshooter

Maybe a user wants to create more than one page of labels. He inputs the
information that he wants on his label and hits print. What he gets is one
page of labels and finds that he has to type the information again because it
disappeared upon printing. Word should be changed to allow the user to
specify how many pages of labels that he wants to print. In addtion, the
information should not vanish from the screen upon printing.

Use the "New Document" command instead. That way you can print as many
pages as you want and even save the page of labels for future use.

Also note, the New Document command can be used without typing
anything in the address text box so you can create a blank page of
labels to use as you please..
