Word licensing issue - Word cannot start because other user..

I am having the problem that I cannot open Word from my laptop, while
connected to my network. No other WORD is running (I have one copy on my
desktop). Can anyone help? Thanks

The standard license lets you put Office on one laptop and one desktop, but
only one install of Office can be open at a time. Which means Word won't
launch on the laptop if Entourage is open on the desktop, for install. All
programs have to be closed.
