Hi,
Let me outline the situation, I have a computer running NT4 SP6a which
has 2 network cards required for business purposes, when I have
Outlook 97 open as well as Word 97, then Word will hang, thus causing
me to loose all my work.
When you look at word in the application list it appears as "Not
Responding" but no error messages are visable and you get no warning.
Outlook seems unaffected even though outlook uses Word when you create
any new mail.
The hanging is frequent, but I cannot figure out either the trigger
condition or a solution, even looking through this newsgroup, does
anyone else have this problem?
I can only think or renaming the normal.dot to normal.old or running
work 97 with the syntax winword /a BUT is this going to work??
