Word mail merge with images HELP

I am trying to merge a few different images into one mail merge....eg one
image for records 1-4...another image for record 5-169..and so on. They are
Salesman signature .jpg's and they have to correspond to their sales letter.

I have the merge field setup now as

Thanks for your consideration,

<<Signature>>

Joe Shmoe
Sales Director Northwest
Acme Company
555-555-5555

And some have John Doe and his signature etc

In the spreadsheet they are in the Column "Signature" as joe_shmoe.jpg, and
all in the same folder.

Any ideas on how to use multiple images for file specific mail merges?
