I am trying to turn a word template into an email default template. However,
I need to add this template to my toolbar as I still need to have my original
email message template. I have an existing word doc/template that needs to
be turned into an email template for recipients to complete and return to us
so we can print the form direct from email and add to our job files. Can
anyone help - I had placed this before, but have now come back to it, and
unfortunately I have lost the original reply/answer.
