Word - making a letter template

I want to set up a structure so that when my secretary types a letter we can
use the same 'paper' simialr to that which we buy in for the printer. This
will enable us to add the letters to our web site and they will look exactly
as they do when printed off. Is there a way to lock the address and some
clipart so that every time we use it the set up is the same? I have tried to
lock using the format picture tools. This doesn't seem to work. Any help much
appreciated. Thanks.

yeh,
for me i would highly recommend using
acrobat pdf files. This program was
developed for documents via
the internet and has excellent tools, like
what you are wanting.

word is pretty good but is a step or
two lower than acrobat. but
what you are needing word to do
for you, you need to utilize it's
system of data/form fields. There is
too much to cover. But this is
the clue you need....

That is a very good way of doing just what the OP wanted. If you had not
made the post, I was going to write it down again. You know, trying to
reinvent the wheel.
