I am working a word document to merge records from a database and print off
confirmation letters for staying at a resort. But there are four different
hotels at the resort, and the directions for all of them are different!
The first three pages of the letter can be taken care of by simply merging
fields. However, the fourth page has very large differences in text and
formatting. I do not think that I can simply store the directions for each
of the four hotels in a table and call it up in a query, because the format
will be lost (bold text, colored textl underlines, carriage returns, tabs,
etc.).
Anyone know any tricks that might work here?
