Word multi-level lists

Is there any way to change Word outline list numbers, 1st levels only, to
1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc. instead of 1, 2, 3 or A, B, C, etc.?

That's a very good question.

I suppose the resolution would depend on your sequence.

For example: 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, ... , 1.9, 1.10 or 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, ..., 1.9, 2.0
